Lost TV comedy 24

Liverpool comedy about life on the dole in Thatcher's England that ran for two series in 1986 and 1988 starring a young Stephen McGann, who in more recent times has starred in Call the Midwife, and Sheila Fay. This will probably remain on the shelf forever as the title music is a Beatles song (ye gods, can you imagine the licensing fee?) and it probably contains dialogue here and there that today would send snowflakes running, or waddling, to their mental health providers.
